Buying a share in a project with the possibility of obtaining citizenship

The InterContinental project, approved by the Grenada government, gives investors the opportunity not only to join the InterContinental club, but also to take part in the Citizenship by Investment program.

The opening of the resort is scheduled for 2025, it will consist of 150 rooms, many restaurants, spas, fitness centers, conference rooms. The complex is being designed by Simeon Halsed and Associates and designed by Bleu Design Consultants.

The minimum investment to participate in the project is $220,000.
